Shipping
Orders are prepared 1 to 3 days after purchase and sent by Canada Post with expedited parcel service. You will get a tracking number for your order. You will get a tracking number for your order. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery to Canada.
Make sure your delivery address is correct. An item that does not arrive at its destination for this reason will not be refunded. If an item is returned to me, the buyer will pay the cost of returning it.
If your item is delivered damaged despite the rigid packaging, you can contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item with supporting photos and I will return an item of your choice of equal value to you.
Return and exchange
You can return an order for a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receiving the item. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, any loss in value is the responsibility of the buyer. Item must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
I do not accept exchanges for logistics matters, but please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order or if you have any questions.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
